CeraCap
Restore your natural bite
If you have no cavities but chewing doesn't feel the same,
your teeth may already be sending signals.
When the cusps of your molars gradually wear down from habits
like clenching or grinding, your teeth become shorter
and your chewing balance begins to collapse.
Do You Experience Any of These?
If even one applies,
your teeth may be gradually wearing down.
-
Feeling that molars are lower than before
-
Feeling front teeth touch first when chewing
-
Sensitivity symptoms even though teeth are fine
-
Feeling face looks shorter in photos than before
What is CeraCap Treatment?
For molars whose cusps have been completely worn down and chewing surfaces flattened like floors
due to strong chewing force, clenching during sleep, or grinding habits,
it's treatment to restore cusps to pre-worn occlusal surface shape.
-
Difference from Crowns
Rather than reducing the body in rectangular form like crowns,
we only reduce the minimum necessary parts to obtain retention
and restore only the head like putting on a hat.
Teeth are restored to pre-worn state without unnecessary reduction.
It goes against our principles to remove perfectly healthy tooth structure
just because of wear, especially when there's no cavity. -
Difference from Inlay/Onlay
Unlike inlay/onlay which is treatment to deal with cavity, CeraCap is a restoration treatment of time-worn, ground teeth.
-
Production Method
CeraCap is made with ceramic blocks used for inlay/onlay ceramic fillings. We use milling machines which allows minimal tooth reduction yet strong enough to last.
CeraCap Treatment Purpose
When teeth wear down, cusps are completely ground, and dentin is exposed,
faces become shorter and jaw muscles and joints become strained, causing pain.
As molars gradually grind down and become shorter, front teeth touch each other, and front teeth also grind down and become shorter.
-
Function Recovery
Recovers oral functions teeth should perform, and digestive function also improves.
-
Tooth Lifespan Extension
Prevents situations requiring root canal treatment and crown treatment even though there are no cavities due to dentin exposure making teeth sensitive.
Prevents shortening tooth lifespan by root canal treatment on perfectly fine teeth. -
Protect Other Teeth
Restoring ground areas with CeraCap in advance
can prevent other teeth from deteriorating too.
Enamel + ceramic adheres well, so adhesion is much better. -
Reduction Range
Covers only about 1/3 ~ 2/3 of the tooth.
Minimally reduces only the amount needed for retention
without needing to grind and crown everything like crowns.

-
Point 01
Minimal Reduction Principle
Minimally reduces only the amount needed for retention without needing to grind and crown everything like crowns. Covers only about 1/3 ~ 2/3 of the tooth to preserve natural teeth as much as possible.
-
Point 02
Milling Machine Production
CeraCap is produced by running ceramic blocks in a milling machine. We use milling machines because the machine function enables minimal tooth reduction, allowing restoration with precise and minimal reduction.
-
Point 03
Natural Feel
CeraCap provides a feeling like natural teeth. Because it re-relaxes shortened and contracted parts, sensitive people say their jaw feels comfortable. You can chew naturally without foreign body sensation.
-
Point 04
Tooth Lifespan Extension
Prevents situations requiring root canal treatment and crown treatment even though there are no cavities due to dentin exposure making teeth sensitive. Preserves perfectly fine teeth without shortening tooth lifespan.
CeraCap's completion is a combination of techniques
CeraCap is abrasion restoration treatment, not cavity treatment.
-
POINT 01
Abrasion Restoration Treatment, Not Cavity Treatment
CeraCap isn't cavity treatment but treatment to restore worn molars' chewing surfaces to their original form by time. It's a completely different treatment concept from inlay/onlay, with the purpose of restoring time-worn, ground teeth.
-
POINT 02
Treatment to Restore Cusps
Restores cusps to pre-ground occlusal surface shape when molar cusps are completely worn and chewing surfaces are flattened like floors due to strong chewing force, clenching during sleep, or grinding habits. Rather than reducing the body in rectangular form like crowns, it restores only the head like putting on a hat.
-
POINT 03
Produced from Ceramic Blocks
Made by cutting ceramic blocks identical to those used for inlay/onlay production, so they don't break when chewing and are convenient to maintain. CeraCap is produced by running ceramic blocks in a milling machine, and we use milling machines because the machine function enables minimal tooth reduction.
-
POINT 04
Facial Form and Function Preservation
When teeth wear down, cusps are completely ground, and dentin is exposed, faces become shorter and jaw muscles and joints become strained, causing pain. As molars gradually grind down and become shorter, front teeth touch each other, and front teeth also grind down and become shorter. Restoring with CeraCap can prevent these problems.
Feel and Results
CeraCap provides a feeling like natural teeth.
Because it re-relaxes shortened and contracted parts,
sensitive people say their jaw feels comfortable.

and comfortable feel is maintained even over time.
